This project is located in a municipality in the a very expansive county near Stockholm. Due to contractual reasons we are not yet able to fully disclose the exact location or municipality.

The municipality

Both the county and the municipality have had a steady population growth since the last 100 years. The population grows both due to a positive birth rate and also a very high net migration to the county. The municipality’s demographics are however changing, more and more older people are moving in due to having cashed in on the relatively high property values in nearby municipalities. This category is looking for rental properties after having sold their houses.

The county offers an extremely vibrant work and educational environment. Several multinational and
strong national service and manufacturing companies are present in the area. Very good university
education is also within a short public transport commute from the project location.
